My name is Kim Björkman. I'm a Swedish guy living in Fukuoka, Japan. Software is what i direct my Being into. I have 12 years of total experience, 8 years as a fullstack developer with a focus on frontend. I build world class software with Javascript and React, and use my classical training in foundational computer science to back it up. I'm one of the foremost experts in the Content Management System called Sanity, and an experienced user of Next.js, Redux, and other modern stacks. At my current employer I've completely overhauled the pipeline with which they build software through all stages. They transitioned from building monolithic .NET applications were it was hard to separate the backend from the frontend, to smooth & flexible applications using modern frameworks and tools - which improved efficiency, consistency and software quality significantly. In addition to this I'm also mentoring coworkers in 'creative coding' practices.
